The MCK100-8 series of sensitive trigger thyristors adopts a miniaturized SOT-89 standard chip package and is easily triggered by microampere currents from induction coils, proximity switches and microprocessors. Especially suitable for one-way switches of phase control devices such as heating and motor speed control.
