PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The MCR100-8 series of sensitive gate SCR is easily triggered by microampere currents from induction coils, proximity switches and microprocessors. Especially suitable for one-way switches of phase control devices such as heating and motor speed control.

- Forward withstand voltage VDRM＞600V
- Reverse withstand voltage VRRM＞600V
- Trigger current IGT＜200uA (micro trigger)
- On-state voltage drop VTM＜1.7V(ITM=2A)
- Trigger voltage VGT = 0.4V～0.8V
- Direct replacement for other models: MCR100-6, BT169D, BT169G, MCR100-4
